CHRISTOPHER BOOTS employs a wide variety of natural minerals, crystals and stones, celebrating the diversity and beauty of earth's gifts. These geological formations often display unique mineral inclusions and it is this characteristic that we appreciate and honour.
Each gem can take hundreds of thousands of years to form, with each 'imperfection' representing a signature journey and telling a different story.

Depending on the finish, surfaces are sealed with microcrystaline wax or a hard coat clear enamel to protect and preserve the finish.
All of our natural materials are hand selected and meticulously placed by our artisans to further emphasise their individuality, creating unique, one-of-a-kind artworks.
Raw brass is a living surface and as such, will continue to age over time, which is desirable. To prevent unnecessary tarnish, always handle samples by the label only or with gloves.
