We ship worldwide and carefully package each piece via airfreight.
Local deliveries are either delivered by our dispatch team or by using a reputable local freight company.
All freight costs include packaging, insurance and shipping costs.
We have designed each piece to be easily installed by an electrician.
We are happy to recommend electricians for local installations.
Most fixtures are fully assembled & those that do not have instructions included.
Gloves should always be worn when handling the fixtures, fingerprints will tarnish the surface over time.
Hardware to run fixtures is always the responsibility of an electrician or licensed installer.
We can provide some (but not all) advice to guide you.
We provide 110/120v wiring and bulbs for international deliveries upon request.
Any local taxes, VAT or duties are billed by customs to the consignee upon delivery.
