WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All works ship within designated lead times based on the current production schedules.
Standard lead times are usually 18 weeks. If you require faster shipping, contact us directly before ordering.
Longer lead times apply to custom, commissioned, modified or reconfigured works. All of our works are hand-crafted with quality, love and care over speed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We pack carefully and ship globally.
110v/120v wiring available upon request.
Each work is air freighted with DHL. Freight costs include packaging, insurance and shipping costs.
International duties, taxes or VAT are billed by customs to the consignee upon delivery.
HOW DO YOU SHIP LOCALLY?
Local shipments are delivered by our team or a reputable local freight company.
All work is carefully packaged for local or global shipping.
TELL ME ABOUT INSTALLATION.
All works ship with an Installation Manual.
Each piece is designed to be installed by an electrician or licensed installer. Hardware to operate fixtures is the responsibility of an electrician or licensed installer.
For a pristine installation, gloves must be worn when handling fixtures.
