Boots Heritage Vol.2

Travel further back with us as we rediscover the original photo shoot with the studio’s long-time collaborator, John Tsiavis.

This 2013 photoshoot was the cornerstone on which the studio established its visual language. This style would evolve over the many years of collaborations between Tsiavis and the studio.

Pieces from the standard collection are placed in relation to the human form allowing the viewer to understand its proportion and context.

Placing characters into these vignettes weaved in the all-important narrative thread, key to interpreting the deeper meaning behind each piece. Friends, colleagues and lovers take on the role of performer in these visually provocative scenarios layered with meaning.
