Sales & Marketing AssistantĀ
The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides customer service support to our Sales Team, with a focus on ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
The SMA endeavours to understand and satisfy customer requirements, providing client care exceeding expectations wherever possible.
Responsibilities:
Sales Administration and Account Management Support for the Australian Sales Team
Primary contact for National Wholesale accounts
Processing orders, confirming product specifications, requesting payments
Ensure Website content is up to date and accurate
Utilise social tools to generate insights, provide reports on metrics, continually finding ways to improve on those metrics
Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Marketing, and a minimum of 2 years of employment experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a methodical, highly organised capacity with excellent time management skills.
Design industry experience a distinct advantage.
Skills:
Superb communication skills, written and oral, with a distinct ability to communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of people.
Excellent understanding of human behaviour, high emotional intelligence, capacity to thrive under pressure.
Demonstrated computer literacy in Apple environment, with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of the contemporary design landscape with a keen interest in interior design, industrial design and architecture.
Inquisitiveness, tenacity, a strong worth ethic, a desire to grow and learn.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the realisation of our marketing strategy,
working closely with internal and external stakeholders to grow our brand audiences,
ensuring consistent storytelling on all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Oversight and successful execution of our digital marketing strategy
Develop and create content for website, social media, email, campaigns and collaborations
Develop content plans and social calendars, manage and develop our online presence in existing channels, alongside identifying and developing new relevant platforms
Ensure website content is accurate, engaging and up to date, identifying and filling any asset gaps
Utilise social tools to generate insights, provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Identify, engage and develop target audiences and segments suitable to the brand
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, ensuring campaigns achieve best results
Establish, maintain and grow good relationships with external collaborative partners
Demonstrate an agile approach to planning and an ability to proactively address challenges and identify solutions
Drive for impact, illustrate ownership and pride in performance
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong understanding of analytics across all platforms, able to use data to contribute to campaign optimisation
Strong knowledge of key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with proven experience in managing channels
Demonstrated working knowledge of media partnerships, influencers, emerging technologies and channels
Demonstrated understanding and experience with SEO and SEM
Demonstrated project management experience
Minimum one year experience in previous or similar role
Skills:
